With logical and digital technology built-in, the system can momentarily inspect and feed back the changing status of motor’s power consumption during its running and that of electricity net, and at almost the same time make operation and control on the feedback signal, then change the power that supplied to the motor to regulate its current and voltage to the least actively. In such a case, power waste caused by motor overwork is avoided. 
 
Without any change of the rotating speed that imposed to the motor, the system makes sure that the output torque exactly matches the load requirement so that motor can work at its best and realize automatic and intelligent control to save energy to the furthest extent. With the outstanding energy-saving rate of 15%--60%, this product has reached the advanced international standard. This system also possesses soft start-up and shutdown functions, which enable motor to start up continuously and smoothly, thus avoid mechanical compact and sudden large current generated by common start-up and reduce abrasion between axletree and strap, also ease mechanical stress between chain and gear. Moreover, one energy saver can drive one or more motors at the same time.
Motor Energy Manager can prolong motor’s lifespan 2 to 3 times. Entirely replacing the original distribution box, voltage-dropping system and some of capacitance compensation devices, it has been a grand breakthrough and a direction in the field of distribution development.
 
The non-touch lifespan of the system is more than ten years with rare servicing; Bypass is set in the system so that production will never be interrupted. When connected to the computer, the energy savers can be operated in a long distance.

1. Soft start-up
Our Motor Energy Manager has three starting modes for selection, which fit various power and working situations. Among them, constant current and current-dropping starting modes can completely replace conventional variac, star-delta step down starter, frequency-sensible starter, etc. When motor is starting up, voltage will go up slowly and can be regulated steplessly. Motor can be actuated constantly under 2—3 times of rated current due to the effect of current closed loop, thus huge compact to the devices and electricity net is avoided and energy is saved. This trait finds its very value in high-power motor’s soft startup. 
 
2. Energy-saving function
Owing to automatic tracking and controlling mechanism inside, it can automatically regulate the input voltage and lower the current accordingly to ensure motor’s best saving performance. 
When motor is with zero or light load, energy-saving system will lower the voltage output (150—380V steplessly regulable).
When the load is increasing, the system will ensure higher voltage rapidly to guarantee working power of the motor. Therefore, power factor is always as high as up to 0.85 when the system is adjusted properly. The general power saving rate reaches 30% above according to load change and the length of zero load or light load time. So this energy-saving system has been strongly recommended by domestic Electricity Industry Bureau.
 
3. Protective trait: multifunctional protection, safe and steady.
When motor is lacking in live wire or overload occurs to electricity net,
 Motor Energy Manager will figure it out sensitively and order motor to stop right away to protect motor from burning out. The system allows overload that won’t hurt motor in a short time and will cut it off when it becomes damaging, so it is more sensitive and reliable than existing motor protectors.
 
4. Strong adaptive capacity.
Non-touch microelectronics system makes the energy-saving system avoid spark when appliances use AC. So it is applicable to bad circumstances of wild lands and places where voltage is seriously fluctuant. Motor equipped with this energy-saving system can start up normally (340V-440V) frequently.
 
5. Automatic and easy to operate:
After being adjusted, Motor Energy Manager  will automatically work after just pushing the switch button. It can also adjust motor to frequently fluctuant voltage.

General Effect Prediction

The energy saving effect mostly depends on voltage through the electricity net, especially motor working status and motor load. All in all, the more original motor wastes, the more this system will save.

When load is changing vastly, the energy-saving system will achieve a higher saving rate with light and zero load of long time. General rate is up to 40-60%.

When load change is not obvious, saving rate is decided by loading factor. That means the less loading factor will enable a higher power saving rate. Find detailed data below:

For motors with full load or overload, the system can still help to save power and meanwhile prolong motor's lifespan by means of decreasing iron wear, copper wear, etc.

As to fixed load, light load of 40% permits saving rate of 30%, which is still amazing.

In addition, energy saving effect is connected to voltage through electricity net. For instance, voltage above 400V will promise much higher energy-saving rate, while voltage below 340V will influence the saving effect of the system. So prediction of current load factor and considerate design before installation is necessary.
